Pokwang took to Twitter and greeted her mother a happy birthday. Her mother has already passed away and it is quite very apparent how much she loves her mom.
In her post, she told her mom that they already miss her and once more reiterated that they love her very much.
At the end of her greeting, she aske her mother to whisper to God to please take care of them all.
"Happy birthday Ma… miss ka namin at mahal na mahal ka namin ibulong mo kay Lord ingatan kami lagi ha Love you…."

Pokwang also narrated the experience of her parents during the EDSA Revolution.
According to the comedienne, poverty must not be a hindrance when one is fighting for what is right.
She then said that her parents were among those who took to the streets during the 1985 EDSA Revolution just to make a stand for the future generations.
Pokie said that they joined the people there walking, and they went home still walking, tired and hungry but definitely happy.

Pokwang took to Twitter and made a sweeping response against those who were threatening to unfollow her. She said that she just wanted to let them know that she is not afraid if they will. The comedienne then highlighted that what she is afraid of is to lose her dignity and her right to fight for the country. She also added that she's likewise afraid to lose the right to fight for her children and future grandchildren.
