According to Lolit, the presence of celebrities in political rallies is vital since there are people who attend those events just to see the stars.

Nevertheless, Lolit advised those showbiz personalities to make sure that they know and support the political platforms and views of the politicians they are supporting.

She added that it is wrong for celebrities to support celebrities just because they received enormous talent fees.

“Ang dami rin ngayon mga artista na sumasama sa political rally, Salve. Si Randy Santiago ang host sa mga rally ni Bongbong Marcos. Sila Julia Barretto naman ang nasa kampo ni Leni Robledo. Tiyak na meron din artista sa rally ni Ping Lacson dahil anduon si Tito Sotto. Hindi rin naman mawawalan si Manny Pacquiao.

“Nakakatulong din iyon presence ng stars dahil pumupunta ang ilan para lang makakita ng artista. The bigger the star lalo pa ngang darami ang crowd. Sana nga lang talagang iyon mga sumasama sa mga kandidato naniniwala din sa ipinaglalaban nila, dahil kahit paano matatandaan mo na sinamahan ito ni ganito o ganuon na star.

“Sana din kahit paano na compensate ang pagod nila sa pagtulong sa candidate na dinadala nila. May mga balita na meron malalaki ang tinanggap na TF at buhay na buhay dahil nga kumita ng malaki. Sa ganitong pagkakataon kasi, hindi mo alam kung iyon binitiwan salita ng artista tutoo o dahil lang sa laki ng tinanggap na TF mula sa kandidato. So nasa botante na ang pagpapasiya kung maniniwala siya o hindi. Vote wisely,” Lolit posted on Instagram.
