Rey ‘PJ’ Abellana, binawi ang naunang pahayag na may naka-one-night stand si Tom Rodriguez

- Rey ‘PJ’ Abellana made some clarifications about his earlier statement that Tom Rodriguez allegedly had a one-night stand

- In an interview with Aubrey Carampel for 24 Oras' “Chika Minute” segment, Rey stressed that Tom’s one-night stand issue was not true

- As per Rey, Tom had already made clear to Carla that there is no truth to his alleged infidelity

- Rey also claimed that according to Tom, “wala pong natuloy na one-night stand”

Rey ‘PJ’ Abellana recently made some clarifications about Tom Rodriguez’s alleged revelation to him that the latter had a one-night stand.

In an interview with 24 Oras' “Chika Minute” segment, the veteran actor first shared that Tom has expressed willingness to fix his and Carla Abellana’s supposed marital problem.

“When he came over to talk to me and explain his side, he would cry along with his explanations and everything and he keeps on saying na he wants his wife back. He wants Carla back. [He] loves Carla very much that's why they settled down,” Rey told Aubrey Carampel.

Furthermore, Rey stressed that there is no truth to Tom’s one-night stand issue.

“At first, nalaman ni Carla na may issue na one-night stand na involved si Tom. Si Tom naman was already able to explain kay Carla na wala naman din pong katotohanan ito at naiwasan naman din niya na mangyari 'yon. So, wala pong natuloy na one-night stand, according to Tom's side naman.”

“So, ’yun po 'yung scenario sa issue roon sa one-night stand. Napa-shortcut lang po, napa-abrupt lang po ang pagkasabi ko kay Nanay Cristy (Fermin) na napag-isipan ng masama,” he likewise explained.

Rey “PJ” Abellana, has recently broken his silence on Carla and Tom’s rumored split. During his guesting on Cristy Ferminute, Rey told Cristy Fermin that he was shocked when he learned the circulating rumor. He also revealed that he immediately texted his daughter about the issue. Carla then allegedly opened up to her father, “Tom and I now are not okay”.

Rey also claimed that his son-in-law, Tom, admitted to him about having a one-night stand. Carla’s father, however, said he is not considering Tom’s revelation to him as a “third-party”.
