Rica Peralejo got reunited with her family following her presence at Vice President Leni Robredo’s grand rally in Iloilo last night.

On her Instagram page, the celebrity mom posted an adorable photo showing her reunion with her son Manu.

“Reunited. Nakakatawa kasi sabi ko papakita ko sa kanya yung boat na sinakyan ko tapos sabi nya, ‘But first, Mama, don’t ride the boat! I don’t want the boat!’” she wrote in the caption.

“Kagabi sabi ni Ma’am sakin, ‘Naku iniwan mo ang two boys mo…” sabi ko, “Ma’am maliit na bagay po kumpara sa nagawa niyo po’.”

Rica furthermore shared her reason why she decided to join the said rally.

“Atsaka, ang gusto ko nga sana isama sila. Na nasa rally sila mismo. Kaso may travel restrictions sa age nila so iniwan ko na muna. At gusto ko din na tumatak sa kanila ito, na may araw na umalis ang nanay nila to fully exercise her civic duties. Because how else can I raise a generation which cares for its nation unless I first show it to them hindi ba?”

Rica also aired how her mother inspired her to take a stand on social issues.

“Katumbas lang yan nung pictures ko sa Edsa Rev:People Power, at yung forever kwento ng nanay ko na bitbit nya ko habang namimigay ng sandwiches sa mga madre. Salamat @mommy_lols sa pagiging involved mo sa usapang bayan. Madalas ka man mahigh blood about it, haha, worth it naman napasa mo yung ipaglaban spirit sakin hahahaha.”

Rica Peralejo is an actress who used to be a cast member of “Ang TV.” The former actress is now married to a Christian pastor named Joseph Bonifacio. They have two children – Philip Nathaniel and Manu.

Recently, Rica opened up about her experience at Vice President Leni Robredo’s grand rally in Iloilo last night. She revealed that she got overwhelmed by Ely Buendia’s performance at the said rally. The actress almost lost her voice after she and the crowd sang loudly along with Ely.

Earlier, she shared a photo where she could be seen raising her left arm, talking to the people before the said rally began. The former actress included a cute caption, "Ako na po talaga yung tatakbo".
