Toni Gonzaga, 38, has officially bid farewell to ABS-CBN's reality game show, Pinoy Big Brother after being one of the show's official hosts for 16 years.

On Wednesday, February 9, KAMI learned that Toni uploaded new photos on Instagram, with one of them being a statement about her departure from the show.

"It has been my greatest honor to host PBB for 16 years," Toni began in her official statement, stating that she was able to witness tons of "best moments" from PBB.

In her online post, Toni officially announced that she will be stepping down as the show's main host and will leave the rest to Bianca Gonzalez and the other hosts.

"From witnessing all my co-hosts transition from housemates to PBB hosts are just some of the best moments in my life sa bahay ni Kuya! Today, I'm stepping down as your main host. I know Bianca and the rest of the hosts will continue the PBB legacy."

She then mentioned how she will cherish everything she has experienced in PBB, thanking Kuya for everything that he has done.

As reported earlier by KAMI, Toni Gonzaga became a trending topic on Twitter after she hosted the proclamation rally of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte’s UniTeam. She then shared on her Instagram stories a post with the caption “unbothered” over images of her taken during the proclamation rally and screenshots of her name trending on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Toni Gonzaga and Alex Gonzaga recently had a joint birthday celebration. A video of the party went viral online, showing the sisters laughing and being sweet towards each other during the event. Alex can also be seen in the video singing a hilarious rendition of “Happy Birthday” to her older sister.
