Saab Magalona and Jim Bacarro recently remembered their late daughter Luna Isabel, the twin sister of their eldest child Pancho.

On her Instagram page, the 33-year-old celebrity mom posted a couple of photos flaunting a beautiful cake with Luna’s name written on it with a message that reads “we love you to the moon & back”.
In the caption, Saab penned a touching tribute to their unborn baby.
“Today as we celebrate Pancho’s birthday, we also remember his twin sister, our angel Luna.”

Maria Isabella Simone Arroyo Magalona-Bacarro, known professionally as Saab Magalona, is an actress, singer, and vlogger. She is the daughter of OPM legend, Francis Magalona. She is also the vocalist of Filipino rock band Cheats which was formed by her husband, Jim Bacarro back in 2013. Saab and Jim have two children – Pancho and Vito. Saab's eldest, Pancho, has cerebral palsy. The celebrity mom's journey with his child has inspired a lot of parents, especially those with children who have disabilities.
The celebrity mom prematurely gave birth to her eldest child, Pancho, in February 2018. Pancho had a twin sister named Luna but she passed away inside her mother’s womb. Despite the odds, Pancho is doing well under the care of his devoted parents.
On September 17, 2019, Saab revealed on social media that she gave birth to her second child. Vito Thomas Magalona Bacarro was born weighing 9.2 pounds. These days, Vito and Pancho are having a blast spending time together!
