Cristy Fermin, in one of the latest episodes of 'Cristy Ferminute,' revealed the reason why Vhong Navarro thanked Willie Revillame.
The veteran showbiz columnist said that there was a time that Vhong got involved in a controversy where he was physically assaulted, involving a woman and a group of men.
"Maraming taon po ang nakararaan ay nasangkot po sa isang matinding kontrobersiya si Vhong Navarro."
"Ito ay yung tungkol sa isang babae at yung bugbugan sa elevator na humantong pa sa korte."

Nay Cristy said that Willie visited Vhong at the hospital.
"Si Willie po ay nagpunta kay Vhong sa ospital," said Nanay.
Willie then noticed that the room of Vhong was quite small and would not have sufficient space in case investigators, lawyers would arrive and would talk to him.
Hence, he facilitated Vhong's transfer to a bigger room.
"Nung aalis na siya, nag-ipit siya ng cheke kay Vhong Navarro.
"Nag-ipit siya tapos biglang umalis. Umiyak si Vhong.
"Hulaan mo magkano ang nasa cheke.
"Anak, P1 million. Eh hindi yun makakalimutan ni Vhong kahit kailan."
Vhong Navarro is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, singer, judge, and TV host of ABS-CBN Entertainment Groups. He is part of the dance group Street boys in the Philippines. He is currently hosting the noontime variety show, It's Showtime.
