Aiko Melendez, 46, has earned praises from netizens in the online community after she extended her help to Mang Felix who went viral for his "Taho Snack Attack."
On Instagram, KAMI learned that Aiko stumbled upon the viral post about Mang Felix on social media which prompted her to hire his services.
"Sana ma-help natin si manong Felix sa pagbili sa kanya. Taga Caloocan siya, not my district pero gusto ko siya tulungan kaya ako buena mano niya bukas," Aiko revealed.

In a separate post, Aiko touched the hearts of countless netizens when she posted photos she took with Mang Felix online.
"Guess who is here in my headquarters! As I’ve mentioned, taho buffet kami now ng mga staff ko. Tatay Felix in the house. Masarap at mainit na taho ngayon," she wrote.
According to Aiko, Mang Felix has 10 kids and he has been doing his very best to help his family amid the pandemic with his "taho snack" business.
"Btw mabait si tatay Felix napaka sipag niya and masayahin na tao. I told tatay Felix na ako na endorser niya ng taho niya, free of charge at suki na niya ako."

Aiko Melendez is a popular showbiz personality in the Philippines. In 2018, she won the Best Supporting Actress award for the movie, “Rainbow’s Sunset.” In 2001, Aiko ran for councilor in the city elections in Quezon City and won. She became Councilor of the 2nd District of Quezon City and remained in office for 9 years until 2010.
