Angelica Panganiban gave her advice to women who have been dumped by their romantic partners.
The actress recently was among the guests in iWantTFC: Unwrapped, where she talked about the latest flick she would be starring in, "The Goodbye Girl."
The plot of the movie centers around four girls who have been dumped by their former loved ones.
When asked by host Bianca Gonzales-Intal what is her advice to girls who have been dumped, Angelica took on a serious note.

“Seryosong sagot talaga, kailangan lang ay mahalin ninyo ang inyong sarili talagang mag-focus kayo sa self ninyo,” Angge began.
The actress said that women should have self-respect because it is very important.
“Magkaroon kayo ng self-respect dahil kapag hindi ninyo alam ang ibig sabihin ng lahat ng iyon at kapag sinaktan kayo ng isang tao hindi kayo sure kung nasaktan kayo di ba, kasi nga bulag kayo sa pagmamahal,” she explained.
Angge also said that it would help a lot if women know their rights and what they deserve.
“So, kailangan alam n’yo ‘yung mga karapatan n’yo, rights n’yo at deserved ninyo ng sa ganu’n ay maibalik ninyo ang deserved ng taong nagbibigay no’n sa inyo,” Angelica said.

The actress is now based in Subic, Zambales where her boyfriend, Gregg Homan, is also staying.
Angelica Charlson, more popularly known as Angelica Panganiban, is a Pinay actress with an American lineage. She started acting at the tender age of 6 and first appeared in the TV series, Love Note. Angge was born on November 4, 1986 in Payatas, Quezon City, Philippines. Her father, Mark Charlson, was an American military serviceman from Iowa. After 24 years, the two finally met in November of 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The actress got the surname Panganiban from her adoptive family.
Angge, along with Maris Racal, Elisse Joson, and Barbie Imperial had a funny time at the elevator. They were dressed elegantly in gowns and they were wondering whether the event would be at the 9th floor or at Studio 9. It would seem that one of them pressed the 9th floor when it was supposed to be at Studio 9. The four ended up in a hilarious situation and Maris was able to capture it all on video.
The actress also sat down for an interview with Boy Abunda recently where she admitted that if there is one movie that she regretted not doing, it would be 'Four Sisters and a Wedding.' She revealed this during an interview with Tito Boy Abunda, the video of which was uploaded on YouTube on Dec. 1. According to Angge, until now, she has not yet watched the whole movie. When asked why she dropped out of the project, she revealed that there were some agreements that did not receive the consensus of everyone.
