In its episode today, Nanay Cristy said she loves the actress and she can't help getting mad whenever the latter does unpleasant behavior.
The entertainment columnist even recalled Barbie’s alleged experience growing up in a broken family.
“Alam mo kung bakit mahal ko si Barbie Imperial at nagagalit lang ako kapag mayroon siyang ginagawang hindi tama? Alam ko ang buhay ng batang 'to. Alam na alam ko ang kanyang pinag-ugatan. Kung papaanong siya dapat ay nasa marangyang kabuhayan ngayon pero itinakwil ng kanyang pamilya, ng kanyang lahi.”
The talk show host then lauded the 23-year-old female celebrity for her success despite her unfortunate childhood.
“So itong batang 'to parang ginawang basura pero lumaban, nagsikap. O nasaan ngayon si Barbie? 'Di ba nagtagumpay siya? Kaya ang ganda e, ang ganda, 'yung mga ginagawang basura ng ibang tao, lalo na kung karelasyon mo, alam mo darating ang pagkakataon, 'pag naging kakampi mo ang kapalaran, 'yung basurang itinapon, babalik sa mukha nila. Ganoon ang nangyari kay Barbie.”
