He then shared the exchange that he had with a netizen who was asking for help for his or her baby.
"Magbibigay pa po ba kayo ng tulong sa baby ko o hindi na? Para ndi na kame umasa," said the netizen.
Congressman then responded, "Pakibigay name and address para pahulog na lang sa Palawan. 5k lang."

The congressman's appeal was:
"Sa lahat po ng humihingi ng tulong sa akin, please lang huwag naman kayong magalit kung hindi ko kayo mareplyan agad. Sana maintindihan niyo na sapat lang din ang budget ko sa dami po ng tinutulungan ko. Maraming salamat."
