According to Kylie, it is important that we honor and remember the good days because progress, whether it be "small and insignificant" is still progress.

Good honest conversations, intentional healing and bonding. Travel, laughing with you and play. Camp fires in cold weather and watering budding friendships. Good days need to be remembered because progress albeit small and insignificant is still progress.
