Ogie Diaz, in his latest Showbiz Update, weighed in on the possibility that John Lloyd Cruz might have not been present at the wedding of Derek and Ellen, or might have been there, but was not only seen in the video.

The comedian said that it is very likely that JLC was no longer at the wedding, and just gave the moment to Ellen and Derek.
Ogie said that if JLC would be at the wedding, it's possible that people might be more curious about his reaction than on Ellen and Derek.
However, Ogie said that he has seen JLC and so far, he is very happy at the moment.

The comedian also noted that so far, there has been no issue between JLC and his ex, Ellen Adarna.
Ellen Meriam Go Adarna, or simply Ellen Adarna as she is known in the showbiz industry, is a Pinay actress and model. She was born on April 2, 1988 to businessman Allan Modesto Adarna and Meriam Go. Her family is among the most prominent and affluent clans in Cebu City, being the owners of a chain of hotels, condominium buildings, resorts, and motels located not only in Cebu province but also in Davao and Manila.
She shared a post made by her former classmate from Cebu congratulating the actress on her wedding to Derek Ramsay. The post consisted of a photo of a page of an old ‘slumbook’ that Ellen filled out during their younger years. Her classmate also thanked the actress that even though they’re not close friends, Ellen still took time to advise and help her out. She also called the actress a philosopher and her Patron Saint of Manifestation.
Ellen Adarna proudly shared with her followers a closer look of her and Derek Ramsay’s wedding bands. She posted on her Instagram page some photos showing their fingers wearing the beautiful rings. In the caption, Ellen tagged jewelry brand Sep Vergara Fine Jewelry. Netizens then took to the comment section to praise the wedding rings.
