Cristy Fermin recently defended AJ Raval from those who criticize her for her Instagram comeback.

To recall, on October 20, AJ wiped out all of her posts on Instagram as part of her social media detox.
“Mag-so-social media detox muna ako siguro. Next year na ako babalik sa social media,” AJ said in a viral TikTok video she posted earlier.

However, on October 31, she shared a new IG post containing two selfies where she could be seen sporting a new hairdo.
In today’s episode of Cristy Ferminute, the veteran columnist stressed that there was nothing wrong with AJ’s IG comeback.
“E kung gusto naman niyang ipakita sa kanyang mga tagahanga 'yung bago niyang hairdo, ano naman ang masama do'n? Ang sabi niya, magde-detox muna siya dahil apektado na po ang kanyang mental health. At sa pakikipag-usap natin sa kanyang amang si Jeric Raval, kinumpirma naman po ni Jeric na biglang nagbago 'yung batang playful dati, ngayon umiiyak, tahimik.”
"Ang totoo, dapat nga tumulong tayo sa pagbangon sa kanya dahil 'yung mga nangyari sa kanya, hindi kakayanin talaga ng basta-basta 'to ng kahit sino."
Nanay Cristy furthermore said, “Okay na po 'yan, wag na nating pansinin na bumalik si AJ Raval sa social media tutal account naman po niya 'yon, hindi atin. Tutal ikagaganda 'yan ng kanyang mental health, ibigay na natin.”
“Saka, pakialam ba natin, account niya 'yon,” she added.

AJ Raval is an actress, social media star, and YouTube vlogger in the Philippines. She is the daughter of veteran actor and action star Jeric Raval. The actress recently appeared in the movie, “Death of a Girlfriend,” with Diego Loyzaga.
Cristy Fermin previously claimed that one director shared with her some pleasant characteristics of AJ. As per the veteran columnist, the director commended AJ for being professional and low-key. Nanay Cristy also said that the director was not surprised why AJ caught the attention of Aljur Abrenica.
Cristy also commended AJ’s parents, Jeric Raval and Alyssa Alvarez. According to the entertainment columnist, Jeric and Alyssa were able to raise the young actress well. Nanay Cristy made the said remark after AJ apologized for sharing Aljur's controversial “breaking silence” post.
