Calling the actor "Co," she told him that she hopes he would think of himself and would enjoy his special day.
"Hi, Co! Happy, happy birthday! It's your 40th birthday. Sana ay ma-enjoy mo. Lagi mo kaming iniisip, mga kaibigan mo, mga katrabaho mo, pamilya mo, mga mahal mo sa buhay. Ngayon this time, it's your special day, sana sarili mo naman ang isipin mo at ma-enjoy mo ang espesyal na kaarawan mo," said Julia.

She then thanked Coco for being an inspiration to everyone, especially to her.
The actress then said that that Coco has been an inspiration in all aspects.
"Thank you for being an inspiration to everybody, especially sa akin. Aaminin ko talagang inspirasyon ka sa lahat ng aspeto. Kung paano ka magmahal ng tao, ng katrabaho mo. Kung paano ka magmahal sa trabaho," said Julia.
Coco Martin is one of the most famous and successful actors in the country. He works as a talent for ABS-CBN. Aside from his hit teleserye “Ang Probinsyano,” he also does blockbuster movies that are shown in the Metro Manila Film Festival.
