Pokwang couldn't help but feel proud of actor Arjo Atayde, with regards to his endeavors right now.
The actor is running for representative of the first district of Quezon City.
Arjo was already doing some civic works even before he decided to enter politics, which was why Pokwang felt really proud of him.
"So proud of you @arjoatyade," the comedienne captioned.

It was the caption she included in a quote card that stated the stand of the actor when it comes to the position that he is running for.
"I believe the first job of a representative is to get to know the district and to study the issues that are important to its residents, so that the projects and program are properly tailored to the families we serve," Pokwang wrote.
Pokwang, Marietta Subong in real life, is a Pinay actress, comedienne, TV host, and singer. She was born on August 27, 1970 in Iloilo City, Philippines. Before she entered the Philippine entertainment industry, she worked as an OFW in Japan, and subsequently, in the Middle East. After the tragic loss of her son, Pokwang decided to go home to the Philippines to care for her daughter. She found a job as a backup dancer in ABC 5’s Eezy Dancing. In 2004, Pokwang participated in the reality talent show “Clown in a Million” of the Yes Yes Show of ABS-CBN. After becoming the grand champion, she signed on with ABS-CBN as an exclusive artist.
She recently shared a video of her daughter, Malia, which put smiles on many netizens' faces. The video posted on Pokwang’s Instagram account shows the adorable little girl cheerfully dancing in front of Paolo Ballesteros’ house. Paolo then could not help reacting to Malia’s endearing video. It is noteworthy to mention that Pokwang and the “Eat Bulaga” host are neighbors.
Pokwang also trended on social media after her latest Instagram post went viral. In the video, Pokwang and her household helpers took on the “#BadRomance” challenge. Throughout the video, the 51-year-old star could be seen trying her best not to laugh. However, upon hearing her household helpers sing, Pokwang could be seen covering her face with a shirt.
