Based on the video, Tali was asking her daddy about the name of the clock in the kids’ show “Blues Clues.”
However, Vic had a difficult time understanding what Tali was asking him. Fortunately, his wife Pauleen Luna shared with him the answer to Tali’s question which is Tickety Tock.
