Olympic champion Hidilyn Diaz is already engaged to her longtime boyfriend and coach, Julius Naranjo.

The proposal came as a surprise and it was very much unexpected.

The Olympian took to her Instagram Stories and showed a photo of her, most likely taken before the actual proposal.

The proposal was very sweet and the engagement ring was truly awesome. The barbell could be clearly seen on the ring, a symbol of the victories of Hidilyn.

Previously, she gave a house tour of her newly-turned over home in Tagaytay. It was a two-storey home that sits on a spacious lot where there is ample space or lawn area. One could run freely around the house and there is even enough space to hold mini gatherings. The house was fully-furnished, with blinds on all windows, built-in cabinets in the kitchen, and marble countertops.
