Actor Eric Fructuoso took to social media to showcase his remarkable physical transformation, posting a striking before-and-after photo that highlighted his significant weight loss.

In his caption, the former matinee idol revealed the motivation behind his fitness journey, saying that the people who once doubted and laughed at him for gaining weight pushed him to work harder.

“Salamat sa mga tao na hindi naniwala sakin at pinagtawanan ako dati dahil mataba ako. Kayo ginawa kong motivation! From 2xl (U.S. size) to Medium & Small in 4 months,” he wrote.

Fructuoso shared that his transformation was made possible through a combination of discipline, pickleball, and the use of ZMZ peptides. He also noted how the weight loss improved his confidence and overall health.

“Thanks to my ZMZ peptides, discipline and pickleball! Iba yung confidence ko ngayon when i shop for clothes, hindi ko na ramdam knee injury and i feel young AF and i still get to eat what i want!” he added.

The actor did not stop at his current progress and revealed that he is now setting his sights on new fitness challenges, particularly running and joining Hyrox competitions.
