She explained that she had been dealing with continuous excessive bleeding for over a month, often accompanied by large blood clots, which led doctors to conduct blood work, clearances, and further examinations while she was on medication to manage the symptoms.

During the tests, doctors discovered a mass attached to the lower segment of her uterus, which started at around three centimeters and eventually grew to five centimeters, prompting them to remove it through an operative hysteroscopy performed under spinal anesthesia. Janica shared that her doctor described the case as rare in her more than 21 years of practice, which is why the mass was sent for biopsy, and while waiting for the results, the content creator said she is focusing on rest and recovery as she hopes to slowly return to her normal routine, while expressing heartfelt thanks for the prayers, messages, and constant support she has received.

“A lot of you have been asking why I’m back at the hospital again and what procedure I had, so I wanted to share an update.

I’ve been experiencing continuous excessive bleeding for over a month, with large clots. While doing blood work and clearances, I was taking medication to help lessen the bleeding. During the tests, the doctors found a mass attached to the lower segment of my uterus. It started at around 3 cm and eventually grew to 5 cm by the time it was removed. I underwent an operative hysteroscopy (transcervical resection of an endometrial mass) under spinal anesthesia. My doctor mentioned that in her 21 years of practice, this was something she rarely sees, which is why the mass was also sent for biopsy. Even the sonologists found it unusual. We’re still waiting for the results, and I’ll share an update once we have answers. For now, I need to rest and recover for the next few days. I’m really hoping everything will finally be okay so I can slowly get back to my normal routine.
