In his emotional post, John described Dindin’s enduring spirit despite years of challenges.

“I don’t know how anyone could resist reciprocating when a tiny creature shows you pure love, happiness, and contentment every single time she sees you — especially when she settles on your lap like she’s home. She still looks like a pup. She’s been blind for half her life, yet she remains fun-loving, warm, and endlessly content with us at home.”

However, John revealed that Dindin’s current struggle with epilepsy has been particularly difficult for him to witness.

“But now she’s suffering from epilepsy. And this — this is the part that breaks me. Watching this gentle little soul go through her episodes right in front of my eyes… it’s the saddest chapter of my life with my dogs,” he admitted.

The actor also shared the emotional toll caring for Dindin has taken on him, expressing a mix of grief and vulnerability.

“For the first time, I feel awkward posting about one of my pack’s conditions. It doesn’t feel right — maybe because it hurts so much. Maybe because I’m still trying to understand why I’m sharing it at all. I guess I want to normalize what I’m feeling. It’s been bothering me so deeply that even in the middle of work, I find myself drifting. I can’t imagine how a dog who lives every day with joy, trust, and innocence must now be sedated again and again just to be eased.”

Reflecting on his long history with dogs, the actor shared how deeply Dindin’s situation has affected him. “I once had 13 dogs. I’m now down to 5. But this one… this is the most painful. For the first time, I wonder if I can still bear having dogs after this stage.”

He concluded his post with a heartfelt appeal for prayers. “If you pray — for dogs and for their humans — please don’t hesitate to include us.”
