Xyriel Manabat recently took to Instagram to address body-shaming, sharing a video flaunting her toned physique.

In her caption, she wrote, “Bark all u want this is my healthiest and most disciplined version of myself,” and hinted at a possible fitness journey vlog with, “fitness journey vlog???”
The post also expressed her disappointment over criticism from fellow women and reflected on years of public scrutiny and objectification.
“Ps. Nakakalungkot kapwa babae mo talaga sisira ng confidence mo no? I have been using my voice to empower women but some women... some women.... are...sad.”

Her message quickly drew support from fellow celebrities.
