In her Instagram stories, Nadine posted a touching clip of her son Titus, who was seen with his hands clasped in prayer. The actress captioned the post, “He is praying lastnight for Harmony kasi she is sick sweet Titus thank you. Pero check next stories ko.”

Shortly after, Nadine shared another update showing Titus lying in bed, this time looking weak with a cold compress on his forehead. Along with the photo, the celebrity mom wrote, “He is sick na din now.”

The actress later posted a follow-up story showing Harmony sleeping beside a large pink stuffed bear, also with a cold compress on her head. Nadine expressed her concern for both of them in her caption, writing, “Awww Harmony and Titus pls get well soon. Sipon and cough uso ngyn.”

It can be recalled that 'Super Twins' was a GMA show that aired back in 2007 where Nadine and Jennylyn Mercado starred as the twin superheroes.
