Gabbi Garcia is a Filipina actress, singer, and model known for her work in the Philippine entertainment industry. She rose to fame as a Kapuso star under GMA and became popular for her roles in various television dramas. She gained recognition for her role as Alena in the 2016 fantasy series "Encantadia," a remake of the classic 2005 TV show. In her personal life, Gabbi is in a long-term relationship with actor Khalil Ramos.
Gabbi Garcia, in a recent interview over “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda,” says joining Miss Universe Philippines is not the smartest thing for her to do at this time. She revealed that her current professional commitments and brand endorsements make it impractical for her to join the competition right now. The actress cited the need to “drop everything” for a pageant, potentially leading to being “jobless for a year or two,” as a major factor in her decision. Despite her current focus on acting and hosting, Gabbi stated she is not entirely closing the door on joining Miss Universe Philippines in the future, suggesting timing is a key factor.
In another previous report by KAMI, Gabbi Garcia set social media abuzz after posting an appreciation tribute for her longtime boyfriend, fellow actor and musician Khalil Ramos. The actress shared a heartwarming—and hilariously relatable—Instagram carousel that had fans both swooning and laughing in the comments upon reading her witty and cute caption, which cleverly mimicked the format of a nomination in the reality show Pinoy Big Brother, one that she is co-hosting too. "Kuya, 3 points po para kay Khalil. Masyadong green flag po. Pinagda-drive po ako, pini-picturan kung san san, kini-kiss, at ginagawa po akong princess. TY po," the Kapuso actress wrote online.
