In her Instagram message, Bangs wrote a heartfelt tribute celebrating Lloyd not only as a loving partner but as an exceptional father to their children. She explained that because they’re often busy as a family during special occasions, she rarely has time to publicly post tributes—but this year, she made sure to take a moment to honor him.

“To My Soulmate, My Best Friend, My Husband, the Father and Hero of Our Children.

“Today, I’ve decided to double up on celebrating you—right between Father’s Day and your birthday. Since we’re usually busy doing something as a family, I rarely get the chance to make an appreciation post on these special days.

“So here it is: a moment to pause and honour the incredible father you are and the amazing man you were born to be.

“Watching you as a dad is one of the greatest joys of my life. I’m constantly in awe of your strength, your heart, and the way you love so deeply and give so fully!!! And somehow, no matter how tired you are coming home from work, you still manage to be our rock and our reason to laugh everyday!”

The actress thanked her husband for always showing up for their family, despite the exhaustion from work, and praised him for being both their “rock” and “reason to laugh every day.”

”Thank you—thank you for being the kind of man who gives his all for his family. I want you to know just how deeply you are loved—not only by me, but by those little eyes that light up when they see Daddy and those little hearts that feel safe because of you. You are their hero. You’re mine too.

“Watching you and watching US as a family, fills me with pride and overwhelming gratitude. Again, thank you for being the man you are every single day. I couldn’t have wished for a better partner for life or a better father for our children. And thank you God for giving me the best!!!“

The post ended with a sweet triple greeting:

“Belated Happy Father’s Day. Advance Happy Birthday. Happy YOU Day. I love you.”

The couple tied the knot in 2017 and have since shared glimpses of their family life online, with Bangs frequently expressing her gratitude for their marriage and the life they’ve built together.

Bangs Garcia is a Filipina actress and now a blogger. She married Lloydi Birchmore and the family is currently staying in the UK. They already have one daughter, Amelia. Now, with Isabella's birth, they would be a happy family of four.

In 2020, she gave birth to her second baby, a beautiful daughter whom they named Baby Isabella. She gave birth on July 21, 9:30 a.m. (UK time), weighing exactly the same as her big sister Amelia. Her husband, Lloydi Birchmore, immediately took their first family photo from inside the delivery room with Bangs cradling her newborn.

Months after giving birth, her postpartum figure wowed netizens. One of her secrets was to wear waist-high underwear and a belly binder with velcro for eight hours a day. She also suggested holding the stomach in, pulling the belly button through the spine. She suggested holding the position for 10 seconds while contracting the muscles.
