She said that the best is still to seek the advice of the doctor because the healing of the body is a bit different for every mom.
She suggested wearing belly binders with velcro, high-waist underwear, and sucking the tummy.
She also does pelvic floor exercises, which is good for the abs. In the morning, the actress would eat apples between 7 to 11 am.
Her final tip is not to every starve oneself.
