“Sa wake ni Ate Guy: Iba talaga ang mga beteranong artists. Kilala ko naman sila pero kusa silang nagpapakilala. They don’t assume. They respectfully introduce themselves in case nalimutan ko ang pangalan nila,” Avila wrote, expressing admiration for the humility and courtesy of veteran artists.
She went on to stress the importance of basic social manners, saying, “Social manners. Yan ang nawawala na sa atin. Mga magulang, kayo ang unang magtuturo nyan sa mga anak nyo.”
