Actress and content creator Ivana Alawi has firmly denied undergoing any plastic surgery, setting the record straight during her guest appearance on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on GMA.

In the interview, Ivana addressed the persistent rumors about her appearance, particularly accusations of having gone under the knife. She didn’t hold back, directly responding to critics with her trademark confidence and humor.

“Ang kapal n’yo. Walang retoke diyan,” she said, shutting down the speculation.

Ivana opened up about her past insecurities, especially about her nose, which has often been the focus of online gossip.

“I think na-embrace ko kasi lahat ng insecurity ko pero dati, ’yung ilong ko po. Kaya nga sinasabi n’yo, retoke. Retoke? Insecurity ko nga ’to. Pero ’yon po, insecurity ko po dati talaga is ilong,” she shared.

When asked by Boy Abunda if she has any future plans to have cosmetic surgery, Ivana made her stance clear. According to Ivana, she is already happy and content with her appearance despite its imperfections.

“Hindi na. Bahala kayo. OK na ako, masaya na ako. Contour-contour na lang ’yan,” she said with a smile.

Ivana’s candid response was met with praise from fans who appreciated her honesty and body positivity.
