Solis expressed her dismay over negative comments directed at Richards, stating, “Salve naawa naman ako na naririnig ko na meron nagsasalita ng masakit against Alden Richards.” She praised the actor’s demeanor, noting, “Isa si Alden sa magalang at marespeto na tao na nakilala ko. At para ngang too sweet to be true.”
Highlighting the significance of a strong support system, Solis addressed Richards’ manager, Mama Ten, saying, “Sana naman makita ng lahat ang mga kabutihan ni Alden Richards para malaman nila how nice and sweet a person si Alden. Hindi bale Mama Ten, basta nasa tabi ka ni Alden Richards tiyak ko na meron siyang makakapitan lagi.”
She further emphasized the challenges faced by public figures and the necessity of having trusted individuals during such times: “Kawawa naman kung walang tao sa tabi ni Alden sa mga panahon meron hindi nakaka intindi sa kanya.
