The duo trained under the guidance of Coach Albert at The Lab, showcasing a series of powerful punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.

In her Instagram post, Andi expressed her enthusiasm: “Invited myself to tag along my sizzy’s daily AM grind. What a great sweat sesh at @getinthelabph! Thank you, Coach Albert! Missed thisss.”

She further shared her commitment to maintaining an active lifestyle, especially with the temptations of indulgent foods around: “Been hard not to eat everything I see around here so making sure I also move.
