Yasmien Kurdi is a Filipina actress, singer-songwriter, and commercial model. She graduated with Latin honors in AB Political Science from Arellano University. She is married to a pilot and they have one daughter. Yasmien is currently pregnant with her second child.

In a previous report, Rey Soldevilla Jr., the husband of Yasmien, made a witty comment on the post of his wife, wherein the actress was asked if it is true that if the groom cries during the wedding, then there is a higher chance of separation. Yasmien was also the one who replied in the comments and said that she was thankful that her pangga did not cry.

She also took to Facebook and asked about the connection between males who cry during marriage and eventual separation. She asked if it was true that if a man cried at his wedding, there was a higher chance of breaking up.
