“My apologies if this comment may sound not helpful /unnecessary, I just noticed the car seat doesn’t have the chest clip and the harness seems too loose. I’m not sure if there’s a standard/proper way of placing the car seat harness ( tightness/snugness in the Philippines. Car seats do save lives, but I think it would be more beneficial if proper standards should be established.”

Lovely replied that the car seat harness only appears to be loose but is actually tight and safe.
