Herlene Budol, also known as Hipon Girl, was a special guest on Luis Manzano’s “Luis Listens” YouTube show.

During the interview, Herlene revealed that she used to work as a waitress while still studying at school. According to Herlene, she used to get her sleep at school because she had to go straight to work after school hours.

The comedienne-turned-beauty queen shared that the bar she used to work at had an ‘80s theme and many Americans went there.

“Ako natutulog kasi ako sa school dati. Kasi galing ako ng trabaho tapos doon ako natutulog sa school. Kaya siguro depende sa teacher natin o sa pangalawang magulang natin kung paano tayo mamandohan.

“Papasok ako alas singko ng hapon tapos uuwi ako ng alas singko ng umaga. Ang pasok ko sa school, alas siyete. Hindi na ako uuwi. Dadaan na ako sa school tapos aantayin ko na magliwanag…

“Waitress pa ako nun. ‘80s bar sa may mga Amerikano,” Herlene shared with Luis.

Herlene, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

In another report, Herlene is set to represent the Philippines in the Miss Planet International 2022 pageant in Kampala, Uganda on November 6 to November 20. The actress and Wilbert Tolentino, the national director of the newly established international pageant, announced the great news on social media earlier. The Kapuso star also admitted to getting emotional because of the said news.

Previously, Herlene was an absolute stunner during her 23rd birthday party. She donned a gorgeous Darna costume at the said party. The Binibining Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up also shared on social media a photo of her in the said costume. The actress further shared that it is her dream to wear the superheroine’s outfit on her birthday.
