Maxene Magalona once again uplifted people online through her Instagram post. KAMI learned that Maxene uploaded a video of her calmly doing yoga in her home.
In the caption, Maxene shared that she has gained weight and it was caused by overindulging in sweets. However, the actress said that she is completely fine with gaining weight sometimes.
According to her, the best thing she can do about it is to pick herself back up. She added that being gentle with herself, knowing that she is more than her figure, and having hope is important in this process.

“I know I am more than my physical body. I admit there are times when I get lazy and overindulge in sweets but I’m okay with that. I also know that I am only human. I will inevitably stumble and fall. The best that I can do is pick myself back up and hold myself gently through the process as I keep going with my head held high and my heart filled with unlimited hope,” Maxene wrote.
Maxene Magalona is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. Her father is the late rap legend, Francis Magalona. The actress revealed in May 2020 that she has been seeing a psychiatrist due to her mental illness.

Meanwhile, Maxene took to Instagram and bared her soul, and narrated what she has gone through and how she is coping with it. The actress stated that she could remember being bullied while she was growing up. She said that some of her schoolmates would even mock her.
