As the senator was speaking, one could see in his eyes the fondness and the love for his "daughter."
He also thanked KC for making him a father.
"To my eldest KC, happy happy birthday. I know you've been in and out of the country and we haven't been able to spend much time as we would have... Please know that we always think of you, I always pray for you. We miss you and we love you very much and I wish you a very very happy birthday. I pray for your happiness and good health of course and your success. Nandito lang kami. We're always here for you. We're just a text away."
