Pia Wurtzbach took to social media to react to the tragic death of Miss USA 2019 Cheslie Kryst at the age of 30.
According to authorities, Cheslie died after jumping off a building in Manhattan, New York.
On Instagram, Pia called Cheslie “an angel”, thanking her for showing kindness to the people around her.
The Miss Universe 2015 winner also said sorry to Cheslie and told her to rest peacefully.

“An angel. So sorry Cheslie. Thank you for the kindness you showed me and everyone around you.
“You’re so loved. Rest peacefully,” Pia posted on Instagram.
Years ago, Pia posted a photo of her get-together with Cheslie and Catriona Gray in New York.
“I'm so happy we managed to find the time to meet up, catch up, and spend time together! Work don't stop but there's always time for my fellow Queens,” Pia wrote in her 2019 post.
Pia Wurtzbach is a famous beauty queen, actress, and endorser in the Philippines. She rose to fame after she won the highly-coveted Miss Universe 2015 crown. She is currently in a relationship with Jeremy Jauncey.

The said tiara, also called ‘Universal Power’ tiara, is given to Miss Universe title-holders to remind them of their reign. Previously, Pia's post has caught the attention of her followers. Her post shows a behind-the-scenes clip from her latest pictorial with celebrity photographer BJ Pascual. She could likewise be seen rocking a pixie haircut while doing some “pogi” poses. Netizens then gushed over the Miss Universe 2015’s viral video.
