Miriam Quiambao focused on the real meaning of Christmas in her viral Instagram post.
KAMI learned that Miriam shared how she is teaching her two children, Elijah and Ziki, the value of giving to others and not just receiving gifts during the Christmas season.
Elijah helped Miriam mix the ingredients for the Christmas cookies they gave to other people. Elijah also helped his mother decorate the cookies. As for Ziki, he was there watching his brother and mother prepare the Christmas cookies.

“Kids often are on the receiving end of Christmas. That’s expected! However, I want to instill early on a sense of contribution and the value of giving to others for my little ones.

“So this year, I started a tradition of making Christmas cookies with Elijah and Ziki as gifts to family and friends.
“Elijah helped mixed the ingredients and cut the cookies for the first batch and Ziki watched me make them for the second batch. We didn’t get to take a video of Elijah decorating some then giving them away for Christmas but suffice to say that we hoped the recipients loved them — after all, it’s the thought that counts! Here’s a little video of the process of making the cookies,” Miriam wrote on Instagram.
Miriam Quiambao is a former beauty queen in the Philippines. She became famous when she represented the country in the 1999 Miss Universe pageant. She and Ardy Robert tied the knot in Tagaytay. Ardy has an adopted son named Joshua from his marriage with Tingting, his late wife.
Last July, Miriam gave birth to her second child, Ezekiel Isiah Ziki. She considered Ziki a miracle baby because she did not expect to become pregnant at age 46.
The celebrity mom also shared her scary experience with her eldest child, Elijah, who suffered from a high fever. It lasted for three nights and three days and her son didn't even want to take medicine even when mixed with his favorite juice. She then said that on the fourth day, the fever broke and it was only then that she knew that he had "tigdas hangin.”
