On Thursday, February 1, Melissa took to the photo-sharing app to upload a new reel about her journey to being fit and healthy once more.

According to Melissa, she lost 30 pounds back then but gained 60 pounds back. She then said if she could do it before, she could do it again.

"Did it before, it only means I can do it again! Sometimes laziness, stress, binge eating, and mental health get in the way, but we just need to fight through it! I lost 30 lbs before in just three months, then got pregnant and gained 60lbs+. Dati na didi-discourage pa ko. But now, what matters more is I'm choosing to be healthier, and I'm choosing to be happy. The journey shouldn't be dreadful, it should be fun!" she said.
