Melissa Ricks, a former Filipina actress, took to her social media account to mourn the passing of Dreamscape's head, Sir Deo Endrinal.

On Thursday, February 8, Melissa penned a heartwarming message about Sir Deo and how he believed in her talent when she was just 14.

In her online post, Melissa recalled how Sir Deo picked her "in a room full of hopefuls" back in Star Circle Quest, where "it all started" for her.

"In 2004, I was 14 years old, I was standing in a room full of hopefuls, you were standing in front of all of us, and you pick me as one of the finalists to move on to live auditions. It was Star Circle Quest. That's where it all started, I can say for a fact without you, I would have never been given a chance to shine. You were the one who took a bet on me for Pedro Penduko, Iisa Pa Lamang, Kambal Sa Uma, Rounin, Underage, Tanging Yaman, Princess Sarah, Pepeng Agimat, Noah, Nasaan Ka Elisa, Honesto, 24/7, Walang Hanggan, and 8 years on ASAP. It was all you," she said.
