Cristine Reyes, in one of her latest posts on social media, opened up about her chronic protruding disc, which has been quite frustrating for her.
On Tuesday, November 21, the celebrity mom took to her Instagram to post a video of herself doing some mild workouts with Adam Klecheski.
According to Cristine, in order for her to enhance her protruding disc, she has to continue a "functional pattern" session with Adam.
She also revealed how frustrating her injuries were for her, especially since she is a highly-active individual who is used to working out and moving around.

"To enhance my chronic protruding disc, I am continuing the "Functional Pattern" session with @adam.klecheski. Injuries are quite frustrating for both me and my friend @goldjacinto since we are highly active individuals. Furthermore, I am undergoing "oxygen therapy" to address styress management, and other issues related to my body that require specialized attention," she wrote.
Cristine Reyes is a popular actress in the Philippines. Her sister is veteran actress Ara Mina. She became known when she joined GMA-7’s reality TV program, StarStruck. On January 27, 2016, Cristine got married to Ali Khatibi in a private ceremony, and they have a daughter named Amarah. However, Cristine and Ali’s separation was confirmed in 2019. She is now dating actor Marco Gumabao.

On their California trip, Cristine and Amarah visited Knott's Berry Farm, a theme park. Aside from this, they also visited the famous 'Urban Lights' sculpture in California. Meanwhile, Cristine Reyes uploaded on Instagram a video compilation of her Bohol vacation with Marco Gumabao, her boyfriend. Some of the scenes show Cristine and Marco swimming in the pool and in a cave. They also ate pizza, played tennis, and cuddled in scenic views. Netizens swooned over the sweetness and chemistry of the couple.
