In his Instagram post, Juancho Triviño expressed his excitement, saying, "Casa de Eliam update - of course, it has been finished out already for the past few months and we have been looking for somebody to rent the house, and finally, nagkaroon na. Casa de Eliam is ready for occupancy and preskong presko sa loob, because of our new Daikin units. If nag hahanap kayo ng mga bagong ACs mag Daikin na kayo.”

Their choice of Daikin air conditioning units assures future tenants of top-notch comfort in the tropical climate of the Philippines.

Joyce Pring is a television personality and host. In February of 2020, she tied the knot with Juancho Triviño, a Kapuso actor who gained prominence after auditioning for the youth-oriented show entitled “Teen Gen.” The television host gave birth to their first baby, Alonso Eliam Pring Triviño, on July 2, 2021.
