Actress Nadine Samonte has decided to bid farewell to her first home. She took to Instagram to announce the sale of her cherished property, sharing glimpses of its interior and exterior with her followers.

Nadine's post on Instagram read: "I have to let go. This is my first house and now I'm selling it na for a low price kasi wala ng nakatira. If interested, please message me. How much? Message or call 09178987269."

The property is located at Blk 1 lot 2 Acacia St., Progressive Village, Brgy Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The second floor of the house comprises four bedrooms, complete with two bathrooms, and a charming balcony offering scenic views. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two additional bedrooms, a convenient powder room, and a maid's room with an attached bathroom. The house also features a pocket garden and a one-car garage.

Nadine Samonte is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. She and Richard Chua tied the knot on October 30, 2013. They already have three children, Heather, Titus and Harmony.
