Jane De Leon’s mom gets engaged: “Still can’t believe this”

Jane De Leon happily announced on social media that her mother, Marie De Leon, got engaged to her partner, Cesar. The surprise engagement took place during their family vacation in Japan.

According to Jane, she and the family members successfully did their best to keep quiet about Cesar’s plan to propose so that they could surprise Marie.

The actress added that she cannot believe that her mother and Cesar have finally gotten engaged. Jane’s father Ruel died in 2016 due to lung cancer.

“Kapag masaya ka mama, masaya na rin ako.

“Grabe yung effort and pagtatago namin para lang maging successful yung proposal hahaha because it was our first time to plan something special. Akala namin hindi na mangyayari pero it happened.

“Still can’t believe this. Parang bagets pa rin mama ko. Teenager yarn? Love you mom! Happy for the both of you & Tito Cesar please take care of our mom… She’s priceless and irreplaceable,” Jane posted.

She then promised fans that Darna would not vanish and would always be there for all of them.
