Lumang statement ni Heart Evangelista tungkol sa servers at sekyu, binalikan: "How I measure kindness"

From time to time, when things do not go her way, Maxene reacts by either shutting down or exploding with anger.

However, she deals with these setbacks by never giving up and trying to learn from her mistakes. For this reason, she advised other people who are also going through their own healing journey to realize that making mistakes is part of the healing process.

“I recently discovered an unhealthy behavior pattern that I have which I am very ashamed of and is quite draining. I noticed that whenever I don’t get my way or when things don’t meet my expectations, I get triggered. Either I clam up and shut down or become very angry and explode. It’s very tiring and embarrassing. I always end up feeling disappointed in myself
“Getting triggered is one of the worst things that could happen in your healing journey because while you’re trying your hardest to heal and transform into a new and better version of yourself, your old energy is still naturally part of your system which is why it’s inevitable that you will fall back to your old ways. This is very frustrating as it can become a vicious cycle of negativity but you mustn’t allow it to discourage you from continuing on this path. Every time you fall, you just have to keep getting back up and keep moving forward. Don’t allow the voices in your head to trick you into thinking that the healing isn’t working. This is part of the process. You have to give yourself the medicine of your own self-love and self-care so that you can patiently and compassionately continue on your journey. Even though getting triggered is one of the worst things that could happen to you, it is also one of the best ways to learn what it is that you need to work on so that you can finally heal your wounds and transform into your highest self.

”Sharing this to let those of you who may be experiencing the same thing know that you are not alone. Even though I’ve been doing inner work for almost three years now, I am honestly shocked that I still get triggered this way. This means that we really should never get ahead of ourselves and always come back to our center by connecting to ourselves daily. Always meditate and pray so that your spirit guides and guardian angels can guide and support you. And always remember that everything that is happening in your life is part of God’s plan. He is making you go through these challenges so that you can become stronger and wiser. He is preparing you for what you have been praying for. Never give up,” Maxene shared.
