Neri Naig-Miranda has decided to put her 3-bedroom condo, which is located in the City of Pasig, up for sale.

Her husband, Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda, appeared to support Neri’s decision as he posted the details of the unit on his own social media page.

Chito also included the features of Neri’s condo unit, which includes a wide veranda, laundry cage on the roof deck, and comes with a parking spot right below the property.

“3 Bedrooms, 2 T&B, may malawak na veranda, may kasamang parking spot sa ilalim mismo ng unit, may laundry cage sa roof deck,” Chito’s post revealed.

The Parokya ni Edgar frontman, however, did not mention as to when the unit was bought or whether Neri was the first owner.

He also said that the unit, which has a total area of 101.5 square meters, has no flooding history and is easily accessible from Ortigas and BGC.

Neri Miranda is an actress and entrepreneur in the Philippines. She got married to Parokya Ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda on December 13, 2014 in Tagaytay. Chito, on the other hand, is a singer-songwriter from the Philippines. He is popularly known for being the frontman of OPM band, Parokya ni Edgar. Chito and Neri have an adorable son named Miggy. Neri gave birth to her second child Cash in October 2021.
