Neri Naig Miranda shared on social media that she purchased a condo unit at SMDC Grass Residences for her son Miggy.

According to Neri, she used the money earned by Miggy from his endorsements as a down payment for the condo unit. She was then able to fully pay for it after a few years.
The condo unit will be available for use this March and Neri will announce soon when it will be available for rent.
The earnings from the condo unit’s rent will then go straight to Miggy’s bank account.

“By March matatapos na ang Miggy's Condo! Yahoooooo!
“Since may mga endorsements na si Miggy, inipon ko ang money nya para makapag invest at mapagkakitaan pa rin. Para habang bata pa, may negosyo na siya. Tuturuan namin ang mga bata na maging financially literate. I think ayun ang dapat matutunan nating lahat kahit nung bata pa lang tayo eh. Pero it's not too late sa atin kahit anong edad pa tayo. Ang mahalaga, nagsisimula na tayo.
“Eto ang una niyang investment at negosyo. Diretso talaga sa bank account nya ang kikitain. Isang bedroom condo sa SMDC Grass, sa tabi lang ng SM North at Trinoma. Presell ko nakuha yung condo. Nagsstart palang maglakad si Miggy nun. May nag abot lang ng flyer sa akin sa SM The Block, kinuha ko naman habang buhat buhat ko si Miggy nun. At ang first endorsement nya, @babyflo_ph na agad. Yun na ginamit ko sa mga panimulang payment. After ilang years, buo nang nabayaran. Kaya excited na akong maparentahan, hehe! Para ipon ulit, next project naman sana, if may pasok sa budget.
“Daily ang rent, since ipina ayos talaga namin ang condo sa @grupo.santamaria parang nagstay ka na rin sa hotel pero mas affordable. Walking distance pa ang malls.
“Update ko kayo soon kung kailan pwede nang marentahan,” Neri posted on Instagram.
Neri Miranda is an actress and entrepreneur in the Philippines. She got married to Parokya Ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda on December 13, 2014 and they have an adorable son named Miggy. In October 2021, Neri gave birth to their second child Manuel Alfonso Miranda, whose nickname is Cash.
She revealed during her interview on Magandang Buhay that she and her husband have a food supply that could last for years. Neri and Chito have invested in farming their own food so that they can be more independent.
Her husband, Chito Miranda, also revealed on social media that Neri Miranda earns more money than him through her different business endeavors. The rock star praised his wife for being smart and hard-working. Aside from his awesome songs, Chito manages to spread good vibes with his social media posts!
