KAMI learned that Xian uploaded photos of five of the six properties he was able to purchase from 2020 to 2021.
The five properties are two studio units, one overlooking lot in Antipolo, one loft-type condo unit in Makati, and one dormitory in Manila.
According to Xian, the lot in Antipolo was referred to him by his celebrity friend Ogie Diaz.

As for the condo unit in Makati, Xian said that he was planning to let his daughter and the child’s mom to live in it for free but he changed his plan.
“From January 2020 to February 2021, nakapagpundar ako ng 6 properties. Yung isa ay nabenta ko na last July via USDT cryptocurrency payment.
“Ang naiwan sa akin ay itong lima. Dalawang studio unit, isang overlooking lot sa Antipolo, isang loft type condo sa Makati CBD at isang dormitoryo sa Maynila.
“Pinatira ko sa first picture yung dalawang kapamilya ko for free. Sinagot ko ang renovation and fixtures.
“Sa ikalawang larawan naman eh pinatira ko yung bestfriend ko kasama ang kanyang asawa't anak. Wala silang binayaran maski piso. Sagot ko lahat.
“Yung third photo naman ay nirefer sa akin ni Pareng Ogie Diaz last February. 375sqm overlooking lot sa Antipolo. Papatayuan ko ng bahay tapos ibebenta ko sa mataas na halaga. Build & Sell.
“Yung fourth picture ay isang 203sqm 10-room motel / dormitory in Malate. Nabili ko at 14 million pesos jackpot deal last December. Binebenta ko since January sa halagang 24M. Pambayad utang.
“Yung last picture naman ay isang 45sqm loft type condo unit sa puso ng Makati. Papatirahin ko dapat dito last March yung anak kong babae together with her mom and half-brother kaya lang nagbago isip ko. Binebenta ko ngayon sa halagang 10 million pesos. Tumatanggap ako ng cryptocurrency as payment, preferably BUSD. Thank you,” Christian wrote on Facebook.
Xian Gaza is an infamous social media influencer and entrepreneur. He is well-known for his lavish date proposals to celebrities. Xian trended online after asking BlackPink’s Jennie out for a date using billboards in the Philippines and Korea.
In a previous report by KAMI, Xian Gaza offered another car gift for TikTokerist Yukii Takahashi for her birthday. The social media influencer explained that his infamous extravagant proposals before were all for publicity stunts. He said that this time he is genuinely giving Yukii the said birthday gift as he is her avid fan. However, he made it clear that he only wants to be her virtual friend, nothing more, nothing less.
In 2017, Xian Gaza shocked many due to his billboard ad asking Erich Gonzales out for coffee. His message on the billboard read, "I can’t even espresso how I like you a latte. Will you… drink coffee with me?”
