GMA-7 teleserye finally beats ‘Kadenang Ginto’ in ratings
- For three consecutive days, “Prima Donnas” was able to defeat its ABS-CBN rival when it comes to television ratings
- The highest that it registered was on Wednesday, October 23, with 8.3 percent based on the statistics of AGB Nielsen
- Meanwhile, “Kadenang Ginto” only averaged 7.8 percent TV ratings from October 22-24, 2019

The Kapuso drama series entitled “Prima Donnas” finally defeated “Kadenang Ginto” when it comes to television ratings.
KAMI learned that the ratings of the two teleseryes during their October 22-clash were finally released to the public.
Based on the statistics of an audience measurement firm called AGB Nielsen, the GMA-7 show was able to edge out its always-trending rival.

It registered 8.2 percent TV ratings while “Kadenang Ginto” was only able to receive 7.7 percent during its Monday episode.
The said Kapuso teleserye still defeated its rival on Tuesday and Wednesday as it registered 8.3 and 7.9 percent, respectively.
The successive victory of “Prima Donnas” was announced on the Facebook page of GMA Drama.
“Panalo tayo, mga Kapuso!” the post said.
“Maraming salamat sa inyong patuloy na pagsuporta at pagmamahal sa Prima Donnas!” it added.

“Prima Donnas” is a drama series in the Kapuso network. It stars Jillian Ward, Althea Ablan, and Sofia Pablo. The teleserye premiered on television on August 19, 2019.
