Nancy Mcdonie of Momoland got her personal Instagram account hacked and deleted. The recording artist took to Momoland’s official Twitter account her distress regarding the situation.

She wrote, “Hello It’s Nancy! My Instagram account has been hacked and deleted... We’re trying to get it back [sad smiley].”

After her announcement on Twitter regarding the unfavorable issue, her label – MLD Entertainment release an official statement about it.

They briefly discussed the damages caused, “Our artist Nancy’s personal Instagram account was forcibly deleted due to the hacking, and the hacker has created an account with a similar ID, causing secondary damage by impersonating Nancy.”

Further, they also described the actions they had already taken to address the hacking incident.

“In response, we requested assistance in criminal investigation from the Cyber Crime Investigation Unit and requested Instagram’s headquarters to recover the account and take action against the damages caused by hacking.”

Ending their statement, MLD Entertainment expressed taking necessary legal action for the inconvenience caused by the hacker.

“Once again, we will be taking strong legal action in response to the damages caused by this hacking incident.”
