Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes talked about the challenges they faced as partners and as parents to their two children.
In an interview with Manila Archbishop Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle for "Pista ng Misyon", the Kapuso royal couple shared how they handled the hardships they experienced as a married couple.
"Very thankful ako na 'yong asawa ko ay very supportive to me."
"Kaya siguro nagkakaroon ako ng mas matibay na pundasyon, strength kasi minsan 'pag pagod na ako sinasabi niya na 'Kaya mo pa ba? Nandito lang ako'"
"May mga pagkakataong napapagod tayo, nahihirapan tayo. Oo, sumasandal tayo, iiyak tayo pero palaging may isang tao na nagreremind sayo na 'You are very blessed' - si Dong 'yon sa buhay ko," the actress said.
"Pag uwi ko, pagkatapos ng eksena, sinisigurado ko na bumabalik ako sa kung sino talaga ako"
"Kasi minsan delikado po 'yon e. Minsan 'yong pinoportray ko na very emotional alangan naman dalhin ko sa bahay," Dingdong shared.

When asked how their parenting and family life is as showbiz personalities, the two admitted that they are not perfect parents and they also learn from their kids.
"Wala namang handbook sa perfect parenting. Lahat 'yon nadidiscover namin on our own. Kapag may nangyayari, nag-aadjust kami."
"Kami din natututo sa mga anak namin," the dad-of-two answered.
"Anuman 'tong pinagdadaanan namin na natututunan namin sa kanila at natututunan nila sa amin, ang pinakamagandang pundasyon pa rin ay ipakita sa kanila kung gaano namin sila kamahal.," Marian added.
